By downloading, installing, or using Rate My Aura ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rate My Aura is an aesthetic discovery app that uses AI to analyze photos and score them across 15 aesthetic styles. The App provides personalized aesthetic profiles, scores, tips, and shareable aura cards.
The aesthetic scores, assessments, and tips provided by Rate My Aura are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and are intended for entertainment and self-expression purposes only. AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate.
Photos you upload are sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Photos are processed to generate aesthetic scores and then discarded. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.
Rate My Aura, its design, code, aesthetic data, and content are owned by Futuron Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
If the App offers premium features via subscription, payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated aesthetic assessments will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
